Daihatsu Now Available on Digital Store

Daihatsu Malaysia has officially launched its first e-commerce digital store by the name of Daihatsu MY OS Flagship Store on Lazada and Daihatsu Malaysia Official Store on Shopee.

The pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies, Daihatsu Malaysia in line with its diversification and business growth strategy, aims to provide customers with seamless buying experience and simultaneously to further expand its market coverage reach significantly. The e-commerce platforms shall complement its extensive networks of distribution available nationwide.

Their digital stores offer an array of genuine and local certified parts (OEM), with more extensive range of parts that are most sought after by their customers will be added in the next coming phases.

On top of that, Daihatsu also made an unconventional way of placing a booking of the Gran Max via the e-commerce digital platforms. The booking process is straightfoward where customers would only need to browse through their preferred Gran Max variant on their official stores on LazMall and Shopee Mall store and pay an upfront booking payment. Customers will then receive an e-coupon via push notifications upon confirmation and will be contacted by Daihatsu Malaysia’s official representative to arrange customers preferred authorised Daihatsu Malaysia showrooms, date and time slot for redemption of booking e-coupon.

Official merchandises and collectables, ranging from limited edition die-cast model to day-to-day essential piece will be offered through the digital stores too.
