Dato Zamzuri Steps Down From Malaysian Airports Berhad

MAHB reports that Dato’ Zamzuri Abdul Aziz has ceased to be the nominee of Ministry of Finance on the Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad as he has assumed a new position in the Malaysian civil service.

Dato’ Zamzuri started his career as an Assistant Director at the Malaysian Investment Development Authority in 1995. He then joined the Administrative & Diplomatic Service and was later appointed as Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs. In 2003, he joined the Ministry of Finance (MOF) as the Assistant Secretary in the Administration Division and was thereafter promoted to Principal Assistant Director in the Budget Management Division in 2003. He was promoted to several positions throughout his service in the Budget Management Division under the Ministry of Finance.

Dato’ Zamzuri was then promoted as Deputy Director, General Service Sector, National Budget Office, Ministry of Finance, a position he held from August 2010 until November 2018 and soon after joined MAHB as Non-Independent Director.

Following his resignation, Dato’ Dr. Amiruddin Muhamed has also ceased as an Alternate Director to Dato’ Zamzuri Abdul Aziz with immediate effect.
