Eric Hamburger was appointed by CTOS Digital Berhad to be Deputy Group CEO in a move to bolster CTOS’ strategic and operational leadership, particularly in the emerging areas of data analytics and digital platforms.
The new organizational structure is said to propel CTOS Digital’s focus on both customer and growth.
Since his appointment to the newly-created role in September 2021, Hamburger has been heavily involved overseeing CTOS Digital’s acquisition of the fintech specialist JurisTech, which was approved by shareholders on the 21 February 2022 and is slated for completion
in the first quarter of 2022. Hamburger will actively help lead CTOS Digital throughout the expansion.
The 28-year veteran in corporate strategy and international credit reporting sector, he was previously the President and CEO of Experian Colombia and Mexico where he was instrumental in its transformation into a digital solutions provider.
