Boustead Properties Collaborates with Maybank Islamic Houzkey

Boustead Properties has entered a collaboration with Maybank Islamic to offer HouzKEY programme as another financing solution to potential homeowners.

This programme will enable qualified Boustead Properties homeowners to take advantage of HouzKEY’s 100% financing without the need for down payments and with low monthly payments because of its competitive home financing rates. There will also be zero payments required during the project construction period. The said financing solutions are currently being offered for Mutiara Hills in Semenyih, One Cochrane Residences in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and Mutiara Rini in Johor.
