Gartner Shortlists Ramssol’s Human Capital Management App As Among Top 7 In Asia Pacific

Ramssol is pleased to announce that the Company’s in-house employee engagement mobile application, Feet’s, offered through a wholly-owned subsidiary, RAMS Solutions Sdn Bhd has been shortlisted as one of the top 7 regional Human Capital Management (HCM) Point Solution Vendors in the Asia/Pacific and Japan region in a report by Gartner, Inc.

The Gartner special report on HCM Technology Strategies for Asia/Pacific and Japan, which was published on January 28 and saw the participation of 350 companies in a survey, picked Feet’s as one of the top 7 shortlisted among Regional HCM Point Solution Vendors for employee engagement and feedback, and voice of the employee solution type.

Gartner noted that many organisations recognise the need to remain competitive in an incredibly dynamic labour market by investing in HCM technology that can support human resource processes on a single cloud-based platform.

The report also noted that many organisations have been ill-prepared to support the rapid shift to remote work and dynamic workforce planning needed during the COVID-19 pandemic after delaying their digital transformation. The report is a guide for organisations in the region on how to strategize on their HCM investments.

Group Managing Director and CEO of Ramssol, Datuk Seri Cllement Tan Chee Seng said, “We are pleased that Feet’s was shortlisted as one of the region’s preferred Regional HCM Point Solution Vendors as this is significant because organisations do refer to the report for useful insights into major business and technology trends”.

“Feet’s being featured in the report is a signal that the HCM industry recognizes our capability as a Regional HCM Point Solution Vendor. This recognition by Gartner acknowledges that our application provides an employee engagement platform enabling organizations to redesign their employee’s experience while offering a mobile-first engagement that enhances positivity, collaboration, and recognition within the organization.
