Kronologi Asia Berhad a provider of Hybrid and Cloud Enterprise Data Management technology and solutions registered a year-on-year revenue growth of 16% with net profit after tax coming in at RM23.8 million for FY2022.
The group’s profit growth soared to almost 1,574% (FPE2021 – which included a one-off asset written off) and 28% (FY2019, pre-COVID-19) from comparable prior periods the Group’s performance reflects a successful strategic trajectory for its Enterprise EDM and As-A-Service businesses for Hybrid and Cloud segments.
EBITDA was at RM47.7 million representing a robust growth of 142% and 32% compared to FPE2021 and FY2019, respectively.
“Delivering record results after a strong fiscal year of FY2022, we have made significant progress in serving our customers and generating substantial growth,” said Edmond Tay, CEO of Kronologi. “The strength of our core business has enabled us to accelerate our investments toward enterprise deliverables – transforming the way we deliver our As-A-Service offerings and supporting an expanding number of domain-specific Cloud services.”
The successful acquisition and integration of its China associate in 2022 has enabled greater operational synergies which led to record growth in customers, revenue, and profitability. Coupled with increasing demand for the As A-Service business by new and existing customers, Kronologi is in a position to continue accelerating its business through increased investments in services, delivering on new and exciting cloud and hybrid services and offerings to customers.
Kronologi takes cognisance of the current COVID-19 situation and remains optimistic that these will drive the Group’s growth in FY2023 and well into the digital era where “Data is the New Gold”.
