Damansara Holdings Given Pengerang Intergrated Complex Building Maintance Contract Worth RM28 Million

Damansara Holdings, has announced that Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn. Bhd. has issued Letters of Award to the company’s 70%-owned subsidiary, TMR LC Services Sdn. Bhd. for building maintenance and operation work.

  1. The contract is for the operations and maintenance of Identified Facilities at Pengerang Integrated Complex for the clients for a period of nineteen months. The total estimated contract value of the above LOAs amounts to RM28.3Million.
  2. TMRLC which is 70 percent owned by Damansara Holdings was incorporated in 1973 and its principal activities are building management, maintenance services, and hospitality.

Scope of work to be undertaken includes Operation and Maintenance of Buildings – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Fire and Gas, Audio Visual and Dimming System, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, Cleaning & Janitorial Services, Waste Management, and Pest Control. This will include operation and Maintenance of External Works, Operation and Maintenance of Utilities Network; Accommodation Services to Residents and Facilities; Canteen Operation and Catering Services; and Personnel Protective Equipment Request and Loan Management.
