Dataprep Holdings has secured another contract for its Covid-19 Screening services, this time from Perbadanan Labuan to supply and operate the services using Professional RTK Antigen and RT-PCR Rapid Molecular Testing at the Labuan International Ferry Terminal and Labuan Port.
The partner, Asia Coding recently was selected for Kukup ferry terminal, according to Dataprep the screening service would be fully operated by Dataprep Asia Sdn Bhd, subsequent to its appointment as an exclusive Project Delivery Partner by Asia Coding in respect of all projects involving the Total Outsourcing of Integrated Solution for Covid-19 Testing.
The deployment of the testing services will comply in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines for ferry passengers and marine crewmen entering Labuan through its gateway for a period of two years.
This comes as the Government opens the borders for international travel and all entry checkpoints are to have testing facilities as this is part of the mandatory guideline before entering the country.
Dataprep views the offering of the Covid-19 testing service to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year.
