Eco World International has confirmed that its Chief Financial Officer, Melissa Tan Swee Peng will be leaving the group on 25 May 2022.
Melissa was appointed CFO at Eco World International in September 2016 and is overall in charge of all financial matters related to the group including financial reporting, corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, corporate communication, and performance and risk management. She was successful in implementing the RM800 million Medium-Term Note Program for the group’s expansion into UK and Australian property markets.
She has stated the reason for her departure of being to pursue other opportunities for career development, Melissa is 48 and holds 1.5 million ordinary shares in ECO World International.
