A mechanical and electrical engineering (M&E) contract from KLCC Urusharta has been secured by Bintai Kinden.
Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Bintai Kinden, has on 30 March 2022 accepted a Letter of Award from KLCCH, appointing it to be the contractor to undertake the replacement of transformer at Tower 2 PETRONAS Twin Towers.
The job scope encompasses supplying and replacing the existing 33kV/11kV Transformer with a new Transformer, including modification of civil works of existing transformer room and relocation of M&E work along the route to deliver the new transformer for RM2.615 million.
“We are delighted and honoured to be able to secure contract awards continuously since early March. The contract from KLCCH fundamentally add on to Bintai Kinden’s credentials and reinforcing our track record in the M&E sector,” Encik Azri Azerai, Executive Director of Bintai Kinden said.
The estimated completion date for the contract is by 15 April 2023.
