Selangor To Build RM250k, 1000Sq Dream Homes In Bukit Jelutung, Klang Valley

Selangor has appointed property developer Nadicergas Development Sdn Bhd to develop its new Rumah Idaman project in Section U8, Bukit Jelutong, said Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.

He said the appointment was made due to its reputation as one of the leading property developers in Klang Valley with experience in developing various projects including in Putrajaya and Ulu Yam.

“Nadicergas also has a huge gross development value (based on their portfolio of projects), hence it has the ability to develop the Rumah Idaman project which was launched as part of the state government’s initiative to help the B40 category own a house.

“The project comprises 1,260 units with a selling price of RM250,000. Each Rumah Idaman unit comes with a total build-up of 1,000 square feet and is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

“We can guarantee there are no other housing projects that can offer such prices in Klang Valley,” said Amirudin

The Menteri Besar added Rumah Idaman units will also be each equipped with a built-in wardrobe, a kitchen cabinet, an air-conditioner, a water heater, a TV cabinet, a 32-inch TV and a refrigerator.

“Most importantly, owners will also have two parking spaces per unit for their ease, especially for a married couple who has two cars,” he said.

Rumah Idaman developers are legally obligated to develop the projects within close vicinity of public facilities such as highways, houses of worship, shopping malls, and schools.

“As for this project, it is surrounded by a mature area in Bukit Jelutong, which is close to Shah Alam and has direct access to major highways including the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and the New Klang Valley Expressway,” added the MB.
