Econpile Holdings Berhad and its wholly-owned subsidiary were given a Letter of Award from CJ Synergy Solutions for a foundation and basement work worth RM23 million.
The job is for a 5-storey industrial building with single-storey M&E at roof level and 3-storey basement carpark at Lot 38, Seksyen 20, Jalan 51/206, Bandar Petaling Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Selangor.
The overall duration of the Project shall be nine months from April 2022 and is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the company from the financial year ending 30 June 2022 onward.
