Pekat Group Berhad has redesignated some of its top management personnel including the appointment of Chin Soo Mau as the new Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Among the appointment also include A Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Chin Soo Mau was appointed as the Managing Director of Pekat on 17 September 2020, prior to its listing to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and will continue his present position as the Managing Director of the Company.
Tai Yee Chee is now the new Chief Operating Officer he was appointed as the Executive Director of Pekat on 17 September 2020, prior to its listing to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, and will continue his present position as the Executive Director of the Company. Separately, Wee Chek Aik has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer he was appointed as the Executive Director of Pekat on 17 September 2020, prior to its listing to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, and will also continue his present position as the Executive Director of the Company.
All three individuals are substantial shareholders of the company, with Chin holding 34.9%, Tai holding 10%, and Wee 8% of Pakat Group.
