Maybank Server Down; Users Having Trouble Accessing Their Accounts Online

Maybank users using the Maybank2U service and the MAE application are reportedly having trouble accessing their accounts online.

The average user who faced the problem said their account balance showed 0.00 or marked with ‘-’.

This has been confirmed by Maybank and appropriate action is being taken on this issue.

According to a notice from Maybank, the online banking platform M2U, MAE and the use of debit cards are now temporarily unavailable.

There are also some users who say access to the service is slower than usual when loading.

Corrective measures for this problem are being carried out as soon as possible by Maybank.
