Comintel Corporation Bhd has made the announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Total Package Work Sdn Bhd has on 26 April 2022 accepted a letter of award from Pertama Makmur Sdn Bhd for the the construction of Office and Training Centre (Design and Build) for one of the Ministry Department of Malaysia.
The total contract value for the Sub-Contract is RM33,777,162.00.
The Sub-Contract shall commence on 7 June 2022 and to be completed within twenty (20) months from the commencement date. The works specified in the sub-contract are Builder Works (Aluminium Works, Brickwork & Plastering, Ceiling Works, Roller Shutter, Roof Trusses And Covering Work, Tiling Works), Mechanical Works (Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Exhaust System, Information & Communication Technology (ICT)) And Scaffolding, Stagging, Nets, Ladders and Catwalk.
