Bursa Malaysia has issued a statement with reference to the media release n 22 October 2021, where it issued a directive to Serba Dinamik to announce the findings from the Factual Findings Update dated 30 September 2021.

Bursa said this is in compliance with its directive and therefore will be uplifting the suspension of trading of Serba Dinamik securities on 9 May 2022 at 9.00 am.

Separately, Bursa states that the views, comments, and rebuttals published in the FFU do not represent its view on the matter and will not be responsible to check the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any of the same.

There are also still certain items in the order that have complied, with or satisfactorily complied, and advises investors to be cautious.

Bursa added that the Independent Auditors of Serba, Nexia SSY PLT, did not express an opinion on the said financial statements. This is because Nexia had not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis for an audit opinion.
