Samaiden Gets RM32.875 Million EPCC Award From Air Selangor Holdings Bhd

Samaiden Group Bhd said that its wholly-owned subsidiary Samaiden Sdn Bhd had accepted a letter of award from Heliosel Sdn Bhd on 21 April 2022 to undertake, amongst others, the EPCC works in relation to the development of a SELCO solar photovoltaic plant located at a water treatment plant in Bestari Jaya, Selangor at a Cost Of RM32.875 million.

In a Bursa filing, it said that the EPCC scope of work includes the completion of the design, manufacture, factory testing, delivery to the site, erection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, supply and delivery of maintenance equipment and spare parts, operation and maintenance instruction manuals, training of Heliosel’s personnel and responsibilities during the defect liability period for the Project, and all other requirements as described in accordance with the Award

Heliosel is a company incorporated in Malaysia and is wholly owned by Air Selangor Holdings Berhad. It is involved in the development, installation, operation, and sales of green energy/generating facilities as well as the provision of solutions related to energy efficiency and net-zero ambitions.

The Award is expected to contribute positively toward the future earnings of the Samaiden group of companies for the duration of the Award.
