ATA Ims, has hired former Venture Corporation EVP Dharma Nadarajah as its new Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.
He brings almost 30 years of deep industry experience and insight and last served at Venture Corporation Ltd where he was working for more than 20 years. In Venture Corp, he oversaw various functions including Global Operations, Customer Management, Design Services, and Sales.
Prior to joining Venture Corp, Mr. Dharma worked in the hard-disk industry for more than 5 years where he served as an Engineer at Seagate Corp and subsequently as an Engineering Manager at Quantum Corp. He also worked at Schlumberger Wireline as a Field Engineer after graduation.
In ATA, he will focus on Operational Performance including building high-performing teams, strengthening the Groups revenue base, and sharpen its corporate ESG initiatives. Mr. Dharma has a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering (Hons) Degree from the University of Bristol, UK, where he attended as a JPA Scholar. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he was the Institute of Engineers Gold Medalist. He recently also obtained a Certificate in Blockchain Technologies from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
