Mesiniaga Berhad has been awarded an RM59.6million contract to Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Integration, Training, Professional Services, and Maintenance & Support Services of Telco Cloud Core Data Center for Telekom Malaysia.
The contract performance period is from 1 April 2022 to 16 November 2024. There is no automatic renewal clause in the Contract.
The Contract will not affect the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company; however, it is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.
