- Name of the business owner (individual/company)
- Company registration number
- Clear product description
- Terms and conditions
- Price of the product and delivery charges if applicable
- Payment methods
- Estimated delivery time
- Information about the business owner such as:
a. Email address
b. Contact number
c. Address
Business owners who do not follow these will be charged heftily under Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012, Consumer Protection Act 1999.
