Axiata owned data and AI company, ADA has acquired SingPost’s eCommerce arm including assets and staff for an undisclosed amount.
The aim is to further strengthen ADA’s eCommerce capabilities in technology and enablement and to offer clients fully integrated services in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, and South Korea.
With the acquisition, ADA plans to provide end-to-end eCommerce technology, solutions, and services in the region adding marquee clients such as Landmark Group SEA, Max Fashion SEA, Babyshop SEA, ANTA, HLA, and Timberland to its client roster.
Through this acquisition, it will seek to deepen its strategic partnership with the SingPost Group in distribution and logistics across Asia.
