A concierge service is also included in the new Grand Starex’s Telematics System which makes it easier and more convenient for owners to book a service appointment or to locate and report a stolen vehicle. The Telematics System comes integrated with six services namely eCall: Automatic Accident Detection, Manual eCall: Emergency Assistance, bCall: Breakdown Assistance, Service Assist, Mobile App – Connected Security Features and Stolen Vehicle Tracking.
