Boustead Plantation has announced the retirement of two of its directors who turned 58, Datuk Mustafa Kamal and Datuk Shah Headan will no longer be part of the board.
Datuk Kamal who was an independent director was on the advisory board at DBKL till 2018 including a Member of The Senate, Parliament of Malaysia from 2020 to the present. Datuk Shah Headan who was in the plantation sector in his early days including a stint in Sime Darby Plantation is also a Member of the State Legislative Assembly, for Penang.
Both will retire effective 14 June 2022.
