TIME dotcom Said Its Chief Not The Arrested CEO By MACC, Takes Legal Action Against Blog Site

TIME dotCom Berhad is extremely disturbed over the article published by the website www.celebseek.com alleging the telco CEO arrested by MACC is the CEO of the company.

The company said the article has intentionally and maliciously linked its Commander-in-Chief, Afzal Abdul Rahim, to the remand of a person who is not connected with the company. This latest high-profile case which is currently being investigated by MACC is linked to RM200,000 bribery accepted by a telco CEO in Johor.

Time is disgusted that the website can publish such information without any facts and has called it a pathetic attempt to drive traffic to an irrelevant website. TIME said it has initiated legal action against “www.celebseek.com”, as well as filed a complaint with the MCMC and the Police.
