Masteron Launches KR7 Residence With GDV Of RM208 Million

Masteron – a name synonymous with the development of Puchong with affordable residential units within the booming township – today launched KR7 Residences, its latest serviced apartment project in Taman Mas Puchong.

The development marks the seventh in Masteron’s iconic “Koi” series, following the immense success of past iterations in the series, including Koi Kinrara, Koi Tropika, Koi Boulevard, Koi Legian, Koi Prima, and Koi Suites.

With a Gross Development Value of RM208 million, KR7 is poised to be a fully self-contained, low-density development with a total of 484 units spread across two blocks, with just eight to ten units on each floor featuring two and three-bedroom layouts. The first phase (Tower A), slated for completion in 2025.

KR7 was launched today at KR7 Sales Gallery in Koi Prima, Puchong, attended by Dato’ Choy Wai Hin, Executive Director of Masteron Group of Companies and Choy Kin Mann, Director of Masteron Group of Companies.

Also in attendance were the Group’s corporate guests, agent and partner representatives and members of the media, who were treated to an experiential tour of what future residents of KR7 can look forward to, including a private dining experience, executed by celebrity chef, Dato’ Fazley Yaakob.

A fresh start, redefining future-proof living

Upon completion, KR7 will address the growing demand for future-proof homes, alluding to the evolving role of living spaces to also serve as a home office, a full-time kitchen and a wellspring of peace, security and comfort.

Answering this call, KR7 Residences will have all the makings to meet these needs and more, by providing residents a fresh start to modern urban living.  Offering a variety of holistic living experiences with complementary and integrated spaces, KR7 will incorporate forward-thinking design and concepts at its core, exemplifying Masteron’s commitment to innovation and excellence to improve the living standards of its residents.

“KR7 is poised to be a development with a difference, meeting the evolved needs of today’s modern urban dweller, especially among the younger generation. It comes as part of our forward-thinking approach to design and functionality, while adapting to the very definition of  the word ‘home’ as we know it, which has seen a drastic shift over the last two years, owing to the pandemic and the lockdowns and living conditions that it has brought about,” said Choy Kin Mann.
