Bursa has announced that Idimension Consolidated Berhad is out of Guidance Note after it completed its regularisation plan and regularised its financial condition;
With this, the firm no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Guidance Note 3 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements. The upliftment of IDMENSN from being classified as a GN3 company will be effective 1 July 2022. As part of the Regularisation Plan, IDMENSN will be de-listed from the Official List of the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and EVD Berhad will be admitted to the Official List of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in place of IDMENSN.
Bursa Securities added that it will continue to monitor the progress of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) and GN3 companies in respect of their compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements and ACE Market Listing Requirements of the Exchange.
