Naza TTDI Sets its Eyes on Delivery of 6 New Projects with RM3 Billion GDV by 2025

The property arm of Naza Group, NAZA TTDI, today held the official opening of the KL Metropolis Sales Gallery at their flagship development of KL Metropolis.

The official opening to the KL Metropolis Sales Gallery was officiated by Dato’ Jasmy Ismail, chairman of Naza TTDI. Present at the event were SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, Group Managing Director and Daniel Lim, CEO of Naza TTDI. Also present were members of the Board of Directors of Naza TTDI, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohd Husin bin Abdul Hamid, Tan Sri Asmat Kamaludin and Dato’ Mohamad Lotfy bin Mohamad Noh.

Formerly situated at the Naza Corporate office at Platinum Park KLCC, the KL Metropolis Sales Gallery was moved recently to be at the heartbeat of the KL Metropolis development.

“We are pleased to welcome visitors and owners to our newly opened Sales Gallery to provide our potential and current property investors and buyers with a more personalised, and close to the market so to speak. Purchase experience providing them with first-hand experience of our innovative properties with high-end and sustainable amenities,” Daniel Lim, CEO of Naza TTDI said.

“Although the construction sector has reopened and almost at full momentum following the lockdown due to the global pandemic, we are looking forward to the completion of MET 1 by Q4 2022. We have planned six future launches with a total GDV of RM 3 billion for the next three years. Our next project will be the launch of TTDI Za’aba Residences in Taman Tun Dr
Ismail by Q4 of 2022,” said Daniel Lim.

Housed at the sales gallery are two show units of MET1 Residences which to-date is almost 100% completed. In exhibition at the sales gallery are scale models of the entire KL Metropolis and the MET 1 projects.

The Sales Gallery will be opened to visitors daily from 10am to 6pm and will provide up-to-date information on the development progress and sales enquiries for potential buyers and investors for KL Metropolis.

With a GDV of RM21 billion, spanning 75.5.acres, KL Metropolis will be Naza TTDI’s new landmark of Kuala Lumpur with the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) at its centre.

KL Metropolis is set to be a micro city within Kuala Lumpur accessible via four major highways – Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), SPRINT Highway and North-South Expressway.
