International Reserves Remains At US$109 Billion For June

Bank Negara Malaysia has announced that the international reserves amounted to USD109.0 billion as at 30 June 2022. The reserves level has taken into account the quarterly foreign exchange revaluation changes.

The Central Bank adds the reserves position is sufficient to finance 5.8 months of imports of goods and services and is 1.1 times total short-term external debt.
