Vortex’s Acquisition Of 187 Units Of Apartments At RM247.348 Million Is To Broaden Income Stream

The rationale of Vortex Consolidation Bhd’s 187 units serviced apartments of RM247.348 million in Antara @ Genting Highland is to diversify and supplement our Group’s future income stream via rental income arising from renting the Properties; and an opportunity to monetise its investment and potential capital gain from the subsequent sale of the Subject Properties.

Vortex Consolidated Bhd through its wholly-owned subsidiary Majestic SkyHill Management Sdn Bhd proposes to acquire 187 units of Proposed Service Apartments located on 7th 12th and 46 to 49th Floors Of Towers A, Antara Genting Highlands for RM246.348 million from Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd.
