HSS Engineers Berhad announced that via its joint venture of HSS Integrated and HSS Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a Letter of Appointment from MRT Lingkaran Sdn Bhd to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for the “Projek Mass Rapid Transit Laluan 3: Laluan Lingkaran.
The project is estimated to be valued at RM997.89 million and is expected to last 11 years.
The group had noted earlier it had secured notable wins in the year to date, including a Letter of Award from Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad to be the Independent Checking Consultant for the Design and Build packages of the proposed development of MRO hangars and industrial buildings in relation to the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport, as well as a Letter of Appointment from Mass Rapid Transit Corporation to provide peer review consultancy services for the Mass Rapid Transit.
Back in April, HSS Enterprise Berhad secured a consultancy service job from Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn. Bhd to provide peer review consultancy services. The value of the job is estimated to be RM11 million and will involve consultancy service for tender documentation for Civil Main Contractor and tender documentation for Line Wide Systems Contractor.
This will be for the Mass Rapid Transit Laluan 3: Laluan Lingkaran” project. The role of HSSI is to undertake an independent review and provide an endorsement that the said Tender Documentation is in compliance with requirements prescribed by the Employer.
