Maybank has issued a notice on its social media that the site is down and has advised customers to instead access their accounts on MAE and M2U MY apps.
The country’s largest bank has been having intermittent technical issues with its site and this time it’s been more than 3 hours down.
Users have taken to Maybank’s social media site to rant their grievances, one user going by the handle Annanis Shahrul said she can’t even process top-up for Grab and Shopee while frustrated Khairul could not make payment for gateway since morning.
