“With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM122 million, our foray into the Klang Valley is timely given our long-term strategy to diversify our income stream.” In April 2022, MHB acquired a 51% equity interest in Nexusbase Development Sdn Bhd to further strengthen its property business and set the tone for more property launches in the short and medium term,” Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak said.

“Nexusbase Development Sdn Bhd aims to deliver a high-quality residential property that caters to consumer needs in line with today’s lifestyle. With appealing facilities coupled with accessibility, Nexus Residences has strong potential to draw property owners while enabling MHB to expand our market segment. This is part of our steadfast commitment to develop attractive property options, in tandem with the nation’s aspirations for homeownership for Malaysians,” added Encik Nizran Noordin.

The units range from 1,309 sq. ft to 5,511 sq. ft starting at RM803,400.00.

Nexus Residences is offering a rebate of up to RM80,000 with zero booking fee and a 10% early bird discount. This residential development is targeted for completion in 2026. Given that the proposed Nexus Residences site is located at one of the last few plots available in the highly-dense USJ Subang West vicinity, this investment opportunity is one not to be missed.
