Malaysia Pacific Corp Awarded Infrastructure Work In Johor For RM44 Million

Malaysian Pacific Corporation through its wholly-owned subsidiary, ECSB has received two letters of award from Windsor Aims Machinery Sdn Bhd to undertake subcontract works valued at RM44million.

The first subcontract works is for a local infrastructure works and water reservoir for design-build and complete 400 units one storey cluster homes and related incidental works for rumah kluster satu tingkat dan kerja-kerja berkaitan bagi program perumahan rakyat Bandar Tenggara, Kulai, Johor for a total subcontract price of RM29,856,500.

The other is a subcontract work for road and drainage works for proposal to build and develop mixed plot A6 259 unit + 198 unit of double storey houses and 2 units of Tenaga Nasional Berhad electrical substations partially on Lot PTD 141193, Mukim Ulu Sungai Johor, Daerah Kota tinggi, Johor for a total subcontract price of RM15,056,900.

Windsor Aims is principally engaged in trading and renting of machinery and carrying the business of construction contractor and builder for construction and maintenance works. It is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”) is a Grade G7 contractor. As Grade G7 Contractor, Windsor Aims is able to tender for projects with unlimited value in the categories of general building, general civil engineering, and mechanical works.
