With the recent statement by KSK Land that 8 Conlay condominium projects can be completed by early 2023 for tower A and tower B by the end of 2023, it will be interesting to note on the progress when main contractor Grand Dynamics Builders announced to Bursa that its subsidiary has served a suspension notice to Damai City Sdn. Bhd.
The notice was issued on 16 August 2022, which the company said is pursuant to and within the terms stipulated in the agreement and contract. GDB has also stated that both parties are in talks with the aim of resolving the matter amicably.
However, the target completion date will now entirely rely on how and when the main contractor resolves the situation with Damai City and resume the construction work on 8 Conlay.
While the buyers wait for clarity, the company also said it will make the necessary announcement upon any significant development
