Petronas Gas has issued a statement informing that Cik Habibah Adbul, the Senior Independent Director will be resigning after helming the post at the group since 2013.
Habibah joined the national gas company in September 2013 and Petronas said she will be ending her tenure this month after 9 years. She was a former partner of Ernst and Young and Arthur Anderson, including a Member of the Securities Commission. Habibah who is 67, is experienced in providing audit and business advisory to several large public listed companies, multinationals, and local companies.
She is among the four female board members of Petronas Group.
