The freehold land held measuring 4,700 square meters is registered to be used for apartment purposes only, it is situated along Jalan Bagan Jermal, Bagan Jermal, Butterworth, Penang, and adjacent to Petronas Bagan Jermal. Bagan Ajam Toll Plaza is located on the west side of said Land.
Thriven views the acquisition as an extended effort to expand its business activities in the Northern Region. The developer added the proposed acquisition is expected to receive optimistic demand given the strategic location of the said Land having easy connectivity and existing surrounding amenities.
