In his speech at the opening ceremony, Ambassador Takahashi expressed his gratitude to the Malaysia Kendo Association for their significant contribution to introduce, promote and popularize Kendo in Malaysia, and his hope that Kendo will further promote sports exchange and friendship between Japan and Malaysia.
