Heitech Padu has received a contract extension in reference to its May 2020 letter of award for the maintenance and technical support services for hardware and software of mainframe systems for the Road Transport Department of Malaysia.
The extension is for a similar contract it was awarded back in 2020, the additional contract value is RM13 million which will start in October 2022 and into January 2023. Further renewal or extension of the duration is at the discretion of the Government.
The Contract Extension is in the best interest of the Company and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 and 31 December 2023.
