LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) won the Top of the Charts (under RM1 billion category) – Top 10 prize at the Malaysia Developers Awards 2022.
The Award, conferred by Datuk M Noor Azman Taib to the Group’s Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Lim Hock San at an awards ceremony held at the Sunway Resort Hotel last night.
The Malaysia Developer Award is a joint collaboration between Star Media Group and FIABCI- Malaysia.
It aims to serve as a benchmark of excellence for property developers to elevate themselves to international standards and to strengthen the Malaysian property industry in the global arena.
Commended for its exceptional performance and showcase of extraordinary property landscape in Malaysia with its recent projects, namely LBS Alam Perdana, KITA @ Cybersouth and Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil (RBBJ), are among the reasons for LBS to be conferred the award.
Winners were selected by a panel of esteemed judges and validated by official auditors based on their high degree of corporate performance and quality governance standards.
