Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has made an official announcement that the trading suspension on the securities of Comintel Corporation Berhad will be uplifted with effect from 9.00 a.m. Monday, 5 December 2022 to facilitate the listing of the Placement Shares and the completion of the Company’s Regularisation Plan.
This is following with the completion of the Private Placement, Bursa Malaysia has taken note that the Company’s Regularisation Plan has been completed.
