Mesiniaga Berhad has been awarded the contract for the maintenance of the Corporate Registry System by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia or SSM for RM43.6 million.
The work will entail Mesiniaga to Develop, Supply, Implementation, Training, Support, Warranty, and Maintenance of the system.
The Contract performance period will be from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026. There is no automatic renewal clause in the Contract.
There will be no effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company; however, it is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.
