DRB-Hicom has issued a statement via a Bursa filing with regard to a new report published on the possibility that owner Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Albukhary is conducting a strategic review of the company.
The group adds the report which appeared in a local daily, which pointed to Syed Mokhtar weighing his option on the company, DRB said it had not received any notification from Syed Mokhtar nor if he is conducting any strategic review on the Company. It also confirmed that it has not received any notice of a buyout offer
