Berjaya To Explore eMoney Services With MNC Kapital Indonesia

Berjaya Corporation Berhad and PT MNC Kapital Indonesia TBK have signed a preliminary nonbinding term sheet to explore e-money business in Malaysia.

The strategic partnership aims to leverage both parties’ strengths to develop and expand e-money-related services specifically between Indonesia and Malaysia. BCAP is established by MNC Group, one of the largest business groups in Indonesia. Under the leadership of its Founder and ExecuƟve Chairman, Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo, MNC Group has become the leader in four (4) strategic investments: Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Entertainment Hospitality, and Energy.
