Crest Builder Holdings Berhad has been awarded a contract by Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd for the Execution and Completion of 2 blocks of condominium with a car park podium and retail units in Desa Parkcity, for a contract sum of RM 478,888,888.88.
The contract period set out in the letter of award is thirty-nine months from May 2023 to August 2026. The builder says the contract will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of Crest Builder and on the substantial shareholder’s shareholdings of Crest Builder.
It also expects the contract to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group for the financial years ending December 2023 and onwards.
