Cheaper Toll Rates In Lekas And Besraya From Midnight

Minister of Works Alexander Nanta Linggi announced the lower toll rates from the Sungai Besi Expressway and the Kajang-Seremban Expressway will take effect from midnight 31 December.

The toll reduction is part of the previous administration led by Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri who announced the reduction back in October 2022. The ex-Prime Minister reduced toll charges for 6 major highways including the reduction of toll rates involving Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam (LKSA) and Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), effective 12.01 am on Oct 20.

Meanwhile, the toll reduction for Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (LEKAS) and Sungai Besi Expressway (BESRAYA) under IJM Corporation Berhad will be taking effect at midnight. For one way on Besraya the toll fee for Class 1 is RM1.85 and for Lekas full stretch will be RM7.80.
