Alcom Berhad has confirmed the resignation of its executive director Dato Eng Kim Liong in its Bursa filing, Dato Eng cites that we would want to pursue personal interests as his reasons for leaving the group.
He has over thirty (30) years of experience in property investment and mechanical and electrical trades. He is the co-founder of SC Lanf Sdn Bhd, a property investment and development company with projects in Klang Valley, Selangor, Pahang and Sabah.
Prior to SCLand Sdn Bhd, he specialised in the provision of mechanical and electrical works to property developers with customers in East and West Malaysia.
Dato Eng holds a direct interest in 11,902,666 ordinary shares in Alcom Group Berhad.
