Revenue Group claims since the Special Board of Directors’ meeting held on 4 January 2023 with regard to the suspension of the executive functions of 2 Executive Directors of the Company, namely Mr Ng Shih Chiow and Mr Ng Shih Fang, the Board of Directors was made aware of an incident of illegal entry and seizure of documents and items belonging to the Company by Mr Ng Shih Chiow and Mr Ng Shih Fang.
At approximately 4.25 pm on the same day, the suspended Executive Director, Mr Ng Shih Fang returned to the office premise with a group of approximately 4 unknown individuals. The unknown individuals were denied entry but forced their way into the office illegally. They have also seized and carted away approximately 30 boxes of documents and items without permission or clearance from the Board of Directors or the Company. The company said it viewed this as an illegal force entry and theft and will lodge a police report on this matter.
If further added that the act of forced entry and seizure is illegal and reserves all its legal rights to pursue this matter further. Revenue group said it has commenced an investigation into this matter and will consult its legal adviser on the next course of action.
