Ecobuilt via its wholly owned subsidiary company, Rexallent Construction Sdn. Bhd accepted the Letter of Award issued by ADM Design & Management Sdn. Bhd. the appointment as the contractor to undertake construction works for the proposed development of 3 Storeys Logistics Business Complex in Penang.
The contract sum for the project is RM92 million and is expected to be completed within eight months ie by 4 September 2023 or within such an extended date.
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 May 2023.
