HeiTech Padu Berhad has accepted and signed the LOA from the Ministry of Higher Education for ICT equipment rental service at 5 zones namely in Johor, Melaka Dan Negeri Sembilan.
The Contract Value is RM38.5 million for a period of 52 months and commencing from 1 February 2023 till May 2027.
The Contract is in the best interest of the Company and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
The risks are normal risks encountered by companies undertaking a similar endeavor and the Company has taken the necessary steps to protect itself and to mitigate the risks as and when they occur.
The Board of Directors is of the opinion that the execution of the Contract is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of the Company
