JLand Offers Over 1,000 New Property Units With GDV of RM649.6 Million

Johor Land Bhd (JLand) will launch more than 1,000 new property units with a gross development value (GDV) of RM649.6 million this year.

JLand’s Director in Charge, Zamri Yusof, said a total of 725 new property units worth more than RM502.8 million will be launched in Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru while 188 units (RM88.6 million) in Bandar Tiram and 120 units (RM65.5 million) in Mutiara Gading Park, Batu Pahat.

“To open a new chapter in 2023, we offer innovative and sustainable residential properties with the launch of 156 units of two-storey terrace houses in Phase 2, Neighborhood 8, Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru with a GDV of RM112 million.

“Prices offered start from RM656,200 for Bumiputera lots type Areca 1 (land size 20’x70′) while Canna 1 and 2 (land size 24’x70′) are offered at RM772,480 and RM780,130 respectively. We believe that the residence that was built meets the standards that benefit its residents,” he said in a statement today.

He said Perjiranan 8 Bandar Dato Onn is the 10th mixed residential and commercial real estate development developed by JLand on a 62.3 acre land with a GDV of over RM500 million.

According to him, the development covers four phases of development of which Phase 1 has 200 units of two-storey terraced residential houses that were launched in September 2021 and are already sold out.

He said, the location of Perjiranan 8 which is located near AEON Mall Bandar Dato Onn, commercial center Perjiranan 4 and the Tebing food hub will make this development a preferred destination for buyers.
